Around 4 pm, customers began calling police to say Lange was handing out marijuana as gifts. He had wrapped it in napkins and cheerfully passed out the festive ganja to anyone who would acknowledge him. At one point, he even stuffed the bar’s tip jar full of marijuana. As poor Randy Lange worked the room, he made sure to tell everyone, he was Santa Claus and had gifts to share. Lange was arrested for furnishing marijuana…
